House Rules

Before you get comfortable, we would like to explain the house rules in force in our properties.

Understanding and following our house rules will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone! Please read all rules carefully to avoid any hazards or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

• Please treat our vacation rental with the same respect you would your own home. We have worked hard to make this a lovely space for our guests.
• Make sure you maintain a good level of cleanliness during your stay - it will be much easier when you check out!
• In the event of accidental damage, we will review the issue internally to decide whether and how much the cost of deduction or repair will be.
• We hope you have lots of laughs and fun during your vacation! However, we would appreciate it if you would be careful and keep noise to a minimum during the night hours.
• Please make sure you have read and fully understood the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can better explain and avoid any misunderstandings.
• Before leaving the room, please turn off the lights (inside and outside) and turn off the air conditioning.
• Please keep the common areas clean, throwing any waste in the appropriate waste bins located outside.
